This was a Webinar I joined a good while ago to hear all about this business model, then I purchased the course which was about $1,000 but never did anything with it. why did I buy it ? because this business model has been around for many years and will be for years to come.

 

Why do I like this system so much ? because I don’t know about you but I have some hobbies but I’m not an expert in a certain field.

To give you a little background about myself, I am 65+ (not revealing true age privacy issue you know, ha,ha,) anyway I am retired and wanted to make some supplemental income on the Internet, like many newbies I wasted money trying this, that or any shiny object that would provide instant money in the bank, you know the “get a site and get rich tonight” guru’s.

I moderate skills when it comes to computing, learning more as I go.

Bottom line is I had information that I didn’t know what to do with or how best to implement what I had.  

.

Then purchased a complete package including a web site for $97.00 dollars. 

.

They asked me to pick a niche, so I picked gardening since I have a small garden every year, to make it more unique I went for for organic gardening, I had never tried it, but thought it would be interesting.

 .

This site was done and set up with hosting co. called B*&^%&^t, The site was basically under their control, I had no input on monetizing the site, they had it pre-loaded  with their own ad links not clickbank I can’t recall of the top of my head who it was somebody out of California. I never received and income for several months, I contacted B*&^%&^t several times about no ROI from the ads.

Answer always takes time to get ranking etc.  I didn’t understand about seo, backlinks etc. Finally I tried myself to fix the site to include some products from clickbank to sell, unfortunately I was not able to navigate around the dashboard to make it work. I bought wprobot and other software, I had trouble getting google to recognize the site, now I just ding with it with little results.

To make things worse I thought maybe I wasn’t in the right niche,  in search of that pot of gold I watched a Webinar sponsored   by S*^&% A*$@^%&* wicked little site on beading, and how successful these sites are, so I signed up for another web site and of course www.wheretobuycheapbeads.com  has not proven to be a success.

.

I added content and wrote articles etc. added info about Halloween beads, the site did rank for a couple days on google first page, however it never received a lot  visitors or produced any sales, I did make $4.40 on adsense, wow!

 .

At this point I am frustrated and suffering from information overload, I need direction that will help me focus on what steps to take, trouble is no one was willing to take the time to show me the rue and honest way to proceed. 

.

Chris, you are my  lighthouse in my storm of the Internet Tsunami heading my way.  I don’t mean to rattle on, let me know what you need, there is no hurry, you have your business to look after.
